A phrase from one of my girls from the CCH photography course inspires me to enter the field of intrusive thoughts. And then, who has not had them? Our brain is like a machine for manufacturing ideas… and well, in a certain way, it is a very useful mechanism that, when used well, could help us adapt creatively to the environment and eventually find adequate solutions to our concerns.
